The physiotherapist who understands what’s really going on in your body

There’s a conversation that doesn’t happen often enough in healthcare. It goes something like this: “My body feels different and I’m not sure what’s normal, what I should be doing, or who to even talk to.”

If that resonates, Lizzie is exactly who you need.

With a special interest in women’s health — and in particular how menopause affects your muscles, joints and bones — Lizzie is one of a rare breed of physiotherapists who understands the full picture of what’s happening in your body as you move through different stages of life.

What to expect with Lizzie

Lizzie brings a genuinely rare combination to her practice. She has worked in elite sporting environments including Brisbane AFLW and VFL programs — and applies that same high-performance thinking to helping everyday people move and feel better.

But what her patients talk about most is how she makes them feel. Warm, supportive and wonderfully encouraging, Lizzie creates a space where you can be honest about what’s going on and feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Her approach blends hands-on physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates and movement-based therapies — always tailored to your body and your goals. Whether you’re managing joint pain, working on bone strength or navigating the physical changes of menopause, Lizzie will build a program that works for you.

Many women are surprised to learn how significantly menopause can affect their musculoskeletal health — from joint stiffness and muscle loss to increased risk of osteoporosis. Lizzie is passionate about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies, build the right kind of strength to protect their bones and joints, and feel empowered rather than blindsided.

A little more about Lizzie

Outside the clinic, Lizzie stays active through Pilates, runs half marathons and keeps up with her energetic dog Leo. She’s an avid traveller — having recently explored South America and Europe — and loves Melbourne’s live music scene. Her bubbly personality and genuine warmth make even the hard work feel a little lighter.
