Functional gym and rehabilitation space

Strengthening is a crucial part of the recovery process following any acute or chronic injury or ailment.  Malvern East Physiotherapy is excited to announce completion of our functional rehabilitation and gym space.  We are now perfectly equipped to not only take you from early rehabilitation through to late stage rehabilitation, but also optimise your sporting performance.

Our physio-supervised exercise and fitness services now include functional fitness, clinical strength, clinical pilates and hydrotherapy.

Clinical Strength Classes:

Tuesday 6:40 – 7:20  pm

Thursday 10  – 10:40 am

Functional Fitness and Strength Classes:

Tuesday 7:20 – 8:00 am

Wednesday 5:00 – 5:40 pm

Thursday 7:20 – 8:00 am

Friday 4:00 – 4:40 pm
